I seem to get 20cpu.
Some guy was spamming at a starport he would pay 20 if oq/flavor/something added up to 2000. Beats me, I get 20 off the vendors and it sells quick.
Or, trade it to a chef for freebies. Brandy and milk are always good for the mind. Couple/three other things too, don't remember the names - well veghash - that boost the stats.

Im a chef and i buy all wildmilk for 10cpu regardless of stats (can use any milk for banthabutter)
I buy all domestic milk for 20cpu (very hard to get so i take it nomatter)

I have no trouble selling wild milk quiclky on the bazaar for 10 cpu (quality doesn't seem to matter much). I've tried raising my price to 15 or so cpu, and I bet it'll sell just as fast.... I'll let you know.
BTW, I'm selling mostly in Theed on the Ahazi server.
