Flurry Rangers where are you? I need training.

This is how my Ranger training has gone to date.

Purchase buffs, Ticket to Dant., gain max exp for all the skills I can. Search for Rangers using the in game search function. None found.

Purchase ticket(s) to nearest Ranger trainer(NPC). Pay for training.

Repete above process.

Are Rangers so few in number that I can't find any? I normally play between 6:00pm(est) to 11:00pm(est).
