Does anyone here earn cash selling CAMO KITS? Just wondering if its a good way to augment income.
Can you make them in a wearables factory?
Thanks

No.I used to have a ranger shop that sold high quality ones but they are not money makers. Sell them if you want to have fun owning a shop but they are not worth it money wise.

Look real hard at your targeted market. Its not a very large market, only a few people can use them, and most probably perfer to make their own when they need them.

Dablers wanting to use Dath Camo can use it for little skill points cost this way, and I get that request most often. Thing is I don't know how they are getting away with it at that "low" skill level. I do know that some templates have far fewer problems then I do just getting the box for conceal. Strange that...

All you need is access to the /conceal command and the correct camo kit in your inventory. It's not at all like traps and camps. Those can be used at the next lower level btw, a Fronteering III is all that is needed to erect the HTFB. I have sold some occationally to people trying to get that last box (better max experience).

That'd be a job for an equipment factory, I'd think.
As for making money, you might get to sell them to other Rangers, the only people who could use them, but I'd be surprised of they bought them in large enough quantities to make much money for you.
Having said that, I have been and frequently am wrong about these things, which is why am usually potless, lol. Make a few for the planets you have resources for and try putting them on the bazaar to test the market?

Equip factory is what you use. I would prob pay for cammo kits from Lok and Dath. I can never have enough for the Guildies. I have made Tat cammo for my Tracking for friends on quests. in factories.

Well, I've never got many credits for them, but I have found it extremely usefull to have a few crates for each planet on hand for whenever my guildmates and I plan on a guild hunt. I just grab some for whichever planet we are heading to out of my safety deposit box next to the shuttleport near home (MO on Dant) and I'm all set. I try to keep the group camo'd as we hunt, especially when we are doing missions on the hard planets and are trying to do specific types of missions for either the credits or the creature resources. Having everybody camo'd keeps members of the group from being agro'd every time we run to the next mission.
