This would harvest cretures for meat, hide, bone, and milk (if possible). The thing is, you HAVE TO BE RANGER TO USE IT. This way, more meat/hide/bone/milk, and the Rangers wouldn't have any new competition for meat/bone/hide/milk. A ranger would have to buy a creatutre from a CH/BE (maybe even just the DNA from a ceartin creature) that would then grow twice as fast as normal (but be unable to be taken out). First, it would gather a set amount of milk. Then, hide (bigger = more meat, and there should be some tree (perhaps the one with Creature Knowledg/Harvesting?) that gives bonuses to how much you get from animals in farms), then meat, and last, bone. Meat, hide, and bone would not collect to a set amount, but it would collect more then normal (so if at Novice you collect 30 from a creature, a novice owned farm wuld collect about 40). This way, a heck of a lot more meat, Rangers are the only ones being abe to use this, and there should be some cap of how much can be harvested so people don't just get Novice to harvest. So at novice, maybe 3 creatures, cap of 100 meat/hide/bone, 120 milk? And at master, 15 creatures, with a cap of 500 meat/hide/bone 550 milk? Or something like that (at Master you should get about 30% more then when out in the field, no idea how much they get for Rancors, etc.,. whatever the real Ranger max is, add 30%, or something). This would make the meat market much, much better (be cheaper, but you'd have more to sell), and Rangers would still be happy, since this would be exclusive to them. I'm not a Rangr though, so you guys may not like it..I think my idea was ignored on the BE forum.. >_>

My second question, is this: Right now I'm BE 4/4/2/4 (going for Master), CH 0/1/1/2 (Mastering...slowly) and scout 4/0/4/1 medic 0/0/0/4. I have 50 SP left, or will have once I master both CH and BE. M question i, should I do wither of these three thing:

Master Medic, get trapping I
Master Scout, dabble in Medic
Master scou Dabble in Ranger (enough for 0/0/3/0 or 3/0/0/0 or 0/3/0/0/, youget the point).

I'm leanign toward Ranger for trackin, so Icould find the creatue I need to tame/ample from, but being able to heal more (and faster) is tempting ss well..so what' your opinions?

We have seen this idea pass by before. It is the general concensus the Rangers want to HUNT for thier resources, not retrieve them froma harvester.

As for your profession question, I would suggest getting some combat skill (to supplement your CH abilities). It will make life easier if you need to collect resources.

But I plan on mainly being a crafter (BE) doing custom orders, and sometimes fighting lower end monsters with my pets. I plan on buying most rescources from Rangers (or other people, for the stuf rangers don't get), or trading tissues/additives/pets for it if the Ranger would rather have that. Though right now I have about 18K meat rescources, so I'm in no need of that.

Well, It's difficult to say. While tracking will realy help you in your BE searches, I'm not sure it is justified with the 50 skill points you have to spend to get it. Medic seems more worth the cost, but I don't know how often you use medic skills so you may just need to weigh the options yourself. I don't see how just mastering scout and dabling in medic will help your template so you could probably eliminate that option.

Hmm..guess I'll just try both..

If anything I'll probably keep Master Scout..God knows I can use the Mask Scnet bonus...How good would the Camoflauge line be, up to III? The Area Track line also has Creature Harvesting/Knowledge/To hit (though I won't be hitting em ) which could help if I fecided to collect rescorces myself. Guess I'll try the tracking line first, then camo, then if I don't like that I guess I'll go for Medic.

Though now all I use medic for is a quick boost for my pets while I wait to use another pet stim..
