How important is the OQ of the resources used for Camo kits?
Thanks in advance,

It is basically unimportant. The only thing you can experiment on the kits is the charges; otherwise, the kits effectiveness is the same no matter what OQ resources you use.

I have found using organics with high OQ allows for a substantial increase in the number of charges per camo kit crafted, after experimentation. So far my record is 17 charges using two 900+ OQ ingredients and one lesser OQ, which I would say is quite an increase. Crap organics normally result in around 9 charges after exp.

I got 9 charges initially, started using resources with better stats and am getting 15 charges now.

Uhhh Calc ... wrong answer old buddy.
GIGO works here too. The better the OQ, the more charges you get. There is a red/yellow/green line by each ingredient now. Green is good, red is doody and yellow is middle of the road.
3 reds = low number of charges. 3 greens = lots of charges - even with experimentation.

Yeah, hate to correct you Calc
But JBmat is right. OQ is the ONLY quality that matters for camps. It won't affect the quality of the camo itself, but it does increase the amount of uses.
Example -- I put together a dath camo kit with some horrible resources.. single digits in all 3 OQ!
I ended up with 5 uses. Using a weap/droid/general item crafting tool on the crafting station in my HTFB, I was able to experiment and bring the uses up to 9. Recently, Dath resources shifted a little better and I tried crafting again. I was able to get 10 uses out of it by just using a general crafting tool.

Y'all misinterpreted me, but I WAS vague. I said that the only thing you can experiment on is charges, but I didn't point out that charges were tied to OQ. My fault there. What I meant by you can't increase a kits effectiveness is that kits made with high quality resources don't conceal you better than kits made with low quality resources.

Oops.. my mistake. I just noticed you mentioned charges in your post. Should've read that more closely
