Does anyone know if the creature to hit bonus actually does anything..Since the patch I am missing at least 2 out of 5 shots on creatures, while I'm hitting NPC's with out a problem. I'm a master ranger and I have up to expert in the cabine marksmanship in the carbineer profession, I have made sure I was at the ideal range for my weapon, and I have been prone..and I am consistantly missing at least 2 out of every 5 shots like this. Is it because of the change with creature defences when moving or am I just having a really bad day? Does the creatures to hit bonus actually do anything? Any help or info would be appreciated..

I think its a carbine problem. I also use a carbine and have noticed the same things. If you read through some of the Carbineer posts you'll see that we are not alone.

I've noticed it too. Our stealth and combate seems to have moved us back to Master Scout levels or even lower. Hence my suspision that when they swapped in Tracking from Bioscience I think some routines don't see the right numbers.

well the increase in missing is happening with my and I use pistol. I thought as you moved up in experience, the better you were to become at all this, lol!

So you guys think it was the last patch? Maybe that's when i started noticing the changes.

I am a Rifleman, and I too find it disheartening when I miss 3 - 4 shots while prone at ideal distances.

I am pretty sure some coding is not translating over from Bio-science to Tracking, not that I ever noticed any bonus when it was Bio either.
