Thread: Why oh why can't my camp stop rain! Silly holes in the top

You know, it'd be so nice if it would stop raining in my camp. It's so depressing to set up a camp and see the rain trickle down on my nice fire, crafting station etc. Oi....you'd think with the technology of rangers in the art of camping, we'd be able to make a good hard overtop. Oh wells. Think they'll ever fix it? who knows

"Think they'll ever fix it?"

I'm sure everything will be fixed eventually, though this may require a change on the client that is out of the hands of our local designer.

Everyone throw in a /bug regarding this puppy, and maybe we can get the Client programmers to throw some muscle into the problem.

Though I must say, this one really isn't top of my priority list regarding camps.

It may not be on the top 5.. or even the top 50.. but more often than any other comment when i throw up a High End Camp.... "hey.. why don't these stop rain"... from a gameplay perspective.. and the coolness factor involved.. it should stop the rain.. and while we're at it.. we should be able to enter the buildings/tents in our camps.

I agree. It may not be game stopping, but it is annoying. I use the same excuse now though "It's acid rain", seems to appease the people who use the tent with me.

And why can't we go in the other buildings?

yeah i know it's not top of the list, and nor would I want to be (good heavens we've come through so many major bugs and more to come).

It's just one of those things that I decided to rant about after being outside Coronet during several major storms.

Still..... maybe it'll be fixed someday

It's rasps. They nest and make tiny holes in the fabric. All we have to do is kill all the rasps.

Next question?

"Rasps???"

In JBMat's mind, I think all the Galaxies woes can be traced back to Rasps.

The Emperor under the sinister mind control of the Rasp Queen, I'm sure.

Rasps are the cause of most if not all of the galaxies plights. These include but are not limited to foot fungus, bird droppings on your head, leaky camps, weapons decay, resource shifts while you are not playing, bad harvests, bad hair days, bouty hunters, traps not hitting, the swoop bikes climbing inability and halitosis.

Palpatine controls the rasps from his double super-secret control center (it's behind the curtain).

Laugh if you want, but control of rasps means you control the galaxie. Snicker if you want, but the truth is out there.

Now lemme go flame more pistoleers who actually count how many shots they can dodge in 20mins.

now I have a question...are rasps responsible for Bounty Hunters as well as those nefarious Bouty hunters?

Personally, I think bouty hunters are far more deadly and likely to be caused by rasps than Bounty Hunters who are obviously made less powerful by than stupid "N" in their name.

Oh, and I think you're part of the Rasp Conspiracy. How else would you know about that double super-secret control center behind the curtain, huh? Stop lying...you LIKE rasps don't you. Oh, and I just stubbed my toe getting coffee. **edit** rasps.

This is horrible! I return to find my new title on the forum is "Jedi". What's up with that? If they wanted to confer that I'm rare and learned, they'd make my title RANGER. and then make it camo colored.

What's wrong with rasps? I've got 2 as pets. They're pretty.

I always assumed that my camps leaky roof had something to do with the fact that before skinning things i but a few dozen holes in them with my rifle.
