Hi I been grenade grinding and I only need to fill 2 more trees then I am done with my fs xp i was wondering is scout xp with master riflemen just as good as grenade grinding? I know it'll save me a lot of money since i use proton grenades to grind lol. Anyone got any information on them for me plz?

0040 Ranger and Master Rifleman can't even be called grinding. Go to Dathomir and Rancor orDefilers hunt and you will max out so quickly it can not possibly be called a grind.

I'm a MRM/4040 Ranger and use scout xp to level up the enahnced senses tree. The best thing about it is that you can earn it at the same time that you earn wepaons and combat xp through using conceal/maskscent and harvesting corpses. I dont even pay attention to it but every time I max my rifle xp and go to the village, I usually have about 110K-120K of scouting xp to convert as well. But i think the scout xp cap for non-ranger scouts is a little lower.

Um nope its still a grind. But Do as ya plse. But a Grind is a Grind no matter how you doit.

lol.. not a grind on Kettemoor right now.. Rancors are dropping 50cpu meat
.... I get buffed..(yes a buff for money making)... In one set of buffs I max out Rifle and scouting xp. Today I am going to switch to my trapper droid when I stop getting scouting xp and see if I can max it out on the same set of buffs to... The it is a race to get in and out of the village before my buff wears off while avoiding getting ganked by a Sith Thug..

I did commando/ranger and rifle ranger. Commando ranger has some very interesting additions to hunting. You not only pull the meat from that Rancor but thanks to your flamethrower you get to offer it to chef pre-cooked thereby saving them time.
If you can tank it right Commando Flame 4 is a might hunting setup with Ranger. Since the flamethrower takes seven seconds for that first hit, id love to hear why this is the case, you need mask scent while you wait for that first shot. But the damage you do with Flame single 2 or the flame cones is insane and will, if they are vuln to heat, knock back a lot of creatures on the first couple of shots. I loved being a commando for the consumables to. There is a lot of love in the animations for rocket launcher. Shame there so annoying to make as a weaponsmith.
I also did BH LLC 4 and Ranger. And although you limit yourself in a big way to electric resistant creatures. The speed alone plus damage was really addicting. A good 3.8 speed LLC with LLC and lightning single 2 really put a lot of beasts down for me. And it didnt have the 29 point costs of going with commando since you need Unarmed 4 plus Marksman. As a ranger you have explore 4 to go with BH. But you limit yourself to marksman level weapons and abilities unless that beast is electric resistant.
Rifle/Ranger is still probaly the most popular combo since maskscent/conceal/crawl speed all play right into the needs of a rifleman.
