Milk = Chef uses it to make Jaar, Blue Milk, Bantha Butter (a Component), Cho-Nor-Hoola, Terrata, Deneelian Fizz Pudding, Pikatta Pie, Smuggler's Delight, Sweesonberry Rolls. I personally only ever made Blue Milk and some Smuggler's Delight, so YMMV.

Milk = Bio-Engineer uses it to make Mutilsaccharide Additives which are then used by Chefs to give a boost to the Flavor of drinks.

Milk = Bio-Engineer uses it to make tissues (Tranquilizers for +CH Taming clothing?).

Eggs = Bio-Engineer uses it to make tissues (Enh Myoflex for +Entertainment Healing clothing?).

I don't think anything specifically calls for Domestic or Wild Milk, just Milk, but I'm going by what I know from Chef.

Domestic and wild milk have diferent stats, but that's about it. Nothing calls for anything more than milk.

As far as who uses it, Chefs use a TON of milk. They will normally buy whatever you can get. BE's also use some, but only a little, for a certain cloth.

For Eggs, BE's always want these. If you can get them in a stack, they will sell to most BE's easily. The downside is that harvesting them sucks. The amount you get from a lair means paltry harvests at best. However a couple K of eggs should fetch a good price.
