Not just any food, specifically the scout/ranger foods - Travel Biscuits, Jawa Beer, Dweezl, Veghash, Terrata. Are any of these apart from Veghash of any use to a Master Ranger? I'm was just wondering if anyone has tried them. Travel Biscuits seem pointless to a Master. Does Dweezl work? Will it allow me to trap ancient bull rancors? What is the benefit of Jawa Beer (mask scent) and Terrate (camo) to a Master Ranger with bio enhanced clothes? I'd just like some opinions before I shell out on trying this stuff out.

I carried a glass of jawa beer around with me for months and never used it. It's a nice idea, but with camo clothing attachments, and my heavy reliance on brandy, it was never worth using.

Don't like to bump my own thread, but I have done a little testing using some of the foods I mentioned so I thought I'd leave a little feedback for the benefit of others.
I found a Chef who made me some of the following:
Dweezl (Trapping bonus)
Terrata (Camo bonus)
Gralinyn Juice (Creature to-hit bonus)
Please bear in mind these were results for a Master Ranger, Master Rifleman, with fully modded bio clothes (+25 bonus to Camo). I also used a trapping droid.
Dweezl - My traps seemed to miss just as often as when I didn't eat it. Therefore sadly not worth the space in my stomach.
Terrata - Camo broke just as randomly as normal. I also had to wait the same length of time to reapply when it broke (5 seconds I think)
Gralinyn Juice - TBH I did not notice any difference at all. I'm not sure if the creature to hit bonus applies to special attacks or just to autofire, either way I found it hard to notice any benefit, just meant I could not drink more than one brandy/accarragm/garrmorl.
I was rather dissappointed as I always thought tha Chef foods were supposed to stack on top of other mods. Looks like I'll be sticking to my normal diet of accarragm/garrmorl/ahrisa for the time being withveghash and exo wafers/air cakethrown in when needed.
I ended up giving a novice scout friend the Dweelz and he hada very noticable benefit from it. He was able to consistently trap Malkocs while having only 1 box in scout trapping, so this food obviously benefits lower level scouts much more.

Interesting results. Thank you for sharing. This in particular started to interest me being a camo junkie and all.
Last I checked the timestamps for the length of my camo (+123 skill) on Dath it was around 32min. Now I wonder if Terrata would make the period of being camoed longer if it does not break - not that it would be a very common occurence to have it unbroken for such a time, but I traveled to Aurilia and back under one application of camo that time.

nice thread jasco and nice research. I'm interested in this since I'm about to stock all these on my ranger vendor and might do some testing myself once I have the stock (eating the profits... tsk.. I don't know) but it's good to hear. Hope others might share their experiences as well.

/nod to Fodder's excellent unbuffed fighting thread - thats what got me thinking about my stomach
You seemto have covered all the combat related foods, I was just wondering if anyone had tried the other stuff
Also, has anyone tried Gralinyn Juice (Creature to-hit bonus)?
