Okay,
I just posted on a thread called the same title as this, had a nice thing going with how I felt about it yadda yadda.. Anywho, now that thread is gone and its not listed in my current posts? Why is that? Is it against the rules to bring up an old thread or something?
I seriously think this issue needs to be addressed, the camp thing I mean. So, why would you delete a thread that was still an important issue (to some at least)?

Actually, it IS illegal to necro post a thread, otherwise it would still be here. Feel free to repost your thoughts in a new thread.

Arg, then I appologize.
My own fault for not reading the forum rules apparently. Care to explain why that would be though?
The thread was all about the High Tech Field Base Kits not actually healing battle fatigue.
Essentially a number of posters had proposed that the camps heal bf for various reasons.
Recently I finished the ranger prof and I'm loving it so far, absolutely.
However, one of the one things that I was looking forward to when I got to the MR stage was the ability to take my guild and alliance guilds out together and do exceptionally long hunts for gorax, krayts etc. without having to worry about Battle fatigue. However, after reaching MR status and getting the HTFB camps I found out that we as master rangers are still bound to the city life by having to return to heal up our BF. So now, here we are, masters of our environment, able to scout and track so efficiently and essentially live in the wilderness in our camps but we are still unable to heal our battle fatigue in our master level tents. The tents that are so insanely huge you can see them from several hundred meters away that come with everything from satelite dishes to crafting centers.. but we can't heal battle fatigue.
This doesn't make sense to me.
Another thing that was talked about in the thread was the win win nature of being able to heal BF in HTFB's.
It would serve multiple purposes only one of which being the dilemma I described above. Another being it would get some of those cantina junkies out from the clostrophic cantina into the wide open air. Many of them never having set foot ouf of the city limits, it would be a great experience for all. If those entertainers were to get out into the open, see the worlds and aid parties on the hunts then it would help everyone in the long run.
Anywho, that was the point, I think its STUPID that we can't heal our BF in the HTFB's - there is no reason we shouldn't be able to. They are essentially houses.
Perhaps what needs to be done is giving rangers a higher resource cost shelter at master level that gives the ability to heal BF along with a higher heal ratio (med center), as well as all of the other bonuses from a HTFB.
Again, I appologize for "necroing" an old thread. I didn't know that wasn't allowed.

FWIW, both Entertainers AND Rangers are for BF healing in camps (and have been asking for it for almost 2 years now). The devs are afraid that BF healing in camps would make the NPC cities empty (I know, I know). In all fairness, the last time we got a response, people were more spread out than they are now. I can forsee this change falling under our revamp and not happeneing before then.

Claustrophobic cantinas? Closed spaces that are afraid of closed spaces? I don't know where to begin. The self-loathing would be the least of the cantina's problems. Man, talk about issues.

necro posting as its commonly called is bad forum etiquette and is not allowed. Your not in trouble or anything
but if a topic is important enough for you to reply to a post more than a couple weeks old just start a new thread/discussion please!
Thanks!
Thanks!
