Thread: CU: Quick question about respec.

Not directly Ranger related but wth.
I'm currently Master Ranger/Master Rifle/Novice Medic. Is Novice Medic included in the skills i can respec? I know I will need Marksman 4004to keep Master Rifleman, but can I pull those points straight from Novice Medic, as it's not a combat prof, or is it? Ihave more than enough combat xpto train Ranged Support 4 if needed, but I'd rather convert it to FS XP.

Jasco, from what I saw on my converted TC Prime character, you won't need to trade any points for that ranged support line (for rifles or any ranged weapon).
It seems as if it's just "given" to you, and your SP amount is adjusted. So you can use those other skills, like medic, to spend on respecing other things.
It set me to -14 SP though, and told me I was unable to move until I did a respec, so I traded in my medic for some other skills.
Any profession that was given a CL works for respec. (all medic, brawler, marksman, & scout branches)
