Publish 24 didn't mention anything about the Ranger Revamp. When can we expect to see this?....
Sigh...suppose they'll make us wait 2 or 3 months...

Publish 24 is the Squad Leader Revamp and Commando comeupance... the Ranger revamp is still in development with no word on when we will see it.

I myself would prefer the Ranger revamp hit test center first and tested versus being released untested possibly bugged or needing a hotfix nerf bat post release.

As long as they don't get caught up in expansion fixes and it get pushed to like xmas =( I wouldn't like that. I'd almost prefer a non-ready situation go live rather than wait to see it on TC in nov/dec (though nov isn't too far away anymore).

Considering the expansion is slated officially for November first, I'd say November is a little bit of wishful thinking. Also, with the holidays December doesn't historically bring a lot of updates. It's just not a good idea to post a new large publish to the game 2 or 3 weeks before Christmas/New Years. You won't see the new Ranger on Test Center until January, and we might not see it until February.
