This from the update notes for the patch update being implemented on the Test Centre :

Ranger: The flora component of camo kits has been removed.

Ranger: Camo kits now yield more uses and have a wider experimentation range.

Ranger: Camo kits now work properly when crafted in a factory.

Ranger: The duration for conceal has been fixed, it was half what it should have been.

Rangers are now notified when a creature begins to stalk them.

Scout: Mask Scent / Conceal is now properly removed when you initiate combat.

Scout: When examining creatures, the "Aggressive" trait will now be correct.

Scout: A novice scout can now examine a creature to determine if it is a "Stalker."

Scout/Ranger: Non-aggro creatures will not attack you when mask scent or conceal breaks.

Scout/Ranger: Aggro creatures will only attack you when mask scent or conceal breaks if you are within 40 meters.

Woo hoo! It looks like I need to start playing around with the camo kits.

I really like this: Rangers are now notified when a creature begins to stalk them.

Nice changes to the crafting of the camo kits, will make them easier to obtain. But no word on the effectiveness of them? Making all the kits in the world won't help if they don't actually hide you from anything.

You missed one:

Fixed a problem with creatures breaking mask scent/ conceal when scouts and rangers left their interest radius.

I would have rather kept the floral components for the camo kits, but made them foragable... Very unexpected change...

"Daddy, what's that bad man doing to my (Star Wars)?"

"Son, that bad man is (SOE), and he's **edit**ing your (Star Wars)."

Yes... When I first heard this information from GreenMarine, I was suprised as well.

I'm quite sure foraging would not have appeased very many people...

Unless changes were made to make the resource planet specific. And that was considered infeasible in the time alloted.

Those changes listed are wonderful and all, however this is the one that will make my day

Woohoo

This just goes to show that well thought out ideas presented intelligently and professionally (Nraas) supported by a group of players who not only care about their game play, but the game in a whole will be listened to.

Nraas, thanks for your dilligence
Ranger community, thanks for keeping the great ideas and suggestions fresh and plausible.

I enjoyed playing ranger despite the bugs...but things keep getting better...

That's the great thing about starting as a broken class, it can only get better.
