Thread: help with camping macro
could anyone help me with the chat bar command to disband a camp. i have a camping macro, and that is the last component i need to make it work. here is the macro:
/ui action toolbarSlot01;
/forage;
/pause 720;
/??????? what will disband the camp w/o the radial menu?
help please?!
There's no command. This gets asked every couple of days, but no developer response yet =)
Personally I'm glad there's no way to macro camping - people shouldn't be grinding professions because a shiny box tells them to, dammit!

my holo said image designer. i'm doing ranger because i WANT to! wilderness survival xp is boring to get and i would not begrudge anyone the chance to speed it up. i have to work over 40 hours a week at one job and i have a second job. i can't power game like some people may have the luxury to do.
However, one of my friends discovered that if you have the "tumble" commands, you can script those in there and you will leave the camp after enough tumbling and it will abandon shortly. You will have to play around with it to get the timing right, but he says it saved him plenty of time.
I presume another option would be that if you can plant your camp near a newbie spawn you can script a target, attack and peace, (followed with more attacking) for the newbie MOBs and if you take any damage your camp will be abandoned in combat.
I am sure there are other ways of doing this.. you just need to leave that camp for a short period of time or you need enter combat (and I think take some damage) for it to abandon.
All Master Rangers know the command, but YOU can't have it.
