Thread: Can devs not read?

Sorry to do this, but it really is annoying. If you bother reading the IN GAME description of /conceal, you'll notice that it states for use against BOTH CREATURES AND NPC'S! But now dev's claim it was never meant to work against NPC's and have hence removed that capability. BUT the IN GAME description STILL states its usage works on NPC's. Why the $%^& would you bother putting that description if it wasn' t supposed to be that way? That to me is just a huge slap in the face and a kick to the groin for good measure.

It may have intended to be that way when the documentation team was asked to write up the text.


But since then the Producer chairs have changed duffs, some designers were rolled into the Space Expansion, and Holocron got promoted off the team entirely.


Somewhere along the line, the focus for the profession was re-evaluated and the end result was a pullback to the original intent of the Ranger profession, one that was more creature-centric.


The original intent of the skill can not be used as a valid reason to keep the skill the way it was. A more decisive reasoning must be made to sway the developers.
