Thread: Farstar Galaxy Rangers Are you here..?
Hello, I'm a Professional Master Ranger on the Farstar server, err, Galaxy..! Have been since day one when I walked out into the world as a Novice Scout on the 4th day the server went live. (My how the landscape has changed..!)
Simple question, any more of us post or read in this forum?
I've noticed that on reading the various other posts the more mature servers (in so far as they have been going longer)seem to behaving adifferent experience to that of Farstar. I know that Rangers are rare on Farstar as the number of /tells I get requesting training (I had to pay NPC trainers for most of mine) is so high that it really does interfer with my game on many occasions. They do all tend to be holo chasers though as I see the same people later running about requesting Image Design training outside the Starport on Coronet. - Fair enough. (I may start charging for training though..?)
Anyway, back to the point. I would be interested in exchanging tips and ideas from other Farstar Rangers or hey, why not meet up and do a few hunts perhaps.
Resources that seem to be highly sought after on other servers are more or less ignored on Farstar, eggs being a good example in my experience. So I need to converse with some "locals" I think.

I am not Master (yet) and got only one tell so far asking for training (I wear the Frontiersman or Wayfarer tag, depending on my mood 
).
My fishmeat doesn't sell too, though, and even good hides do not go well when priced higher than 3cpu.

And I was starting to think that I was all alone, well nice to hear from you guys.
I'm going to take the aloof position now, being a Master (Ahem..) and offer my support and or assistance to you two guys in any way, mail or /tell me in game as the mood takes you....
As far as resources not selling is concerned I remain puzzled that our experiences should differ so dramatically from those of the guys here representing other servers, as I said before I can only suspect it is the fact that our server is so new in comparision..?

Well I'm not a ranger yet...not even a master scout yet but I will be joining you in the ranger profession someday. I'm Kyrina on Farstar and I always welcome friendly advice
