Hi, I don't post here often but I am a Master Ranger and proud of it. Now, is it me or is their an insane amount of people who are grinding for Master Ranger? I train one or more people everytime I play and they track me down to learn, I'm not looking for Apprentice points at all. I'm wondering if people have a higher chance of getting Ranger from their holo than other professions. Possibly the Devs felt people would be discouraged from holocron grinding if they knew how long they were going to have to grind for that crazy camping xp. Thoughts?

Due to the Happy Christmas Holo Presents - there are more Novice Rangers - I was getting more and more 'tells' asking for Training too.

I'm dropping Ranger for 'Commando' (yawn), but i'm sure ill be back to this profession once the amendments have been done(whenever and will they ever Nrass ?).

suffice to say you're not the only one. I'm maxed on AP as well and have been for some time, the only titles Ive ever walked around with are Master Scout and Master Ranger. I can count on training at least one person on average passing through coronet.

haha - yeah - it's too bad we can't sell AP; I was maxed until about a month ago when I spent half of my AP to get master pistoleer. A week after that I was maxxed again and have been ever since. It used to be that there were lots of other rangers around, and I would direct people to them for training, but now it is rare to see other rangers at all.

i too get training requests, but even more disconcerting is the /tells asking for tips on how to grind camping faster. i actually know the answer to that one even though i'm sonot into grinding it took me 6 months to make master

actually the holo grinding has made me wealthy, don't seem to have any problem selling resources anymore with all the artisan grinders

I play on Ahazi and I have the opposite problem. I am 0,2,2,2 ranger right now and when I complete enough exp for another box I can't find a player ranger to train me. I usually end up paying the NPC trainer.

Well, Grell, I'm one of the many holo-grinders you speak of. It is the first holocron I ever used. I wish you were on my server, I'd bug you for training, too.

I will admit, though, working through Ranger is no easy task. You guys have my respect and I really hope you SOE grants you everything you're requesting. This class has alot of potential!

Actually I'm pleased to have to take this back - last night in Kor Vella I ran across a host of Rangers in the starport, including another master, and it turns out that many of the Bloodfin Antarian Rangers live in the same player city as I do (I didn't know this until last night - doh).

Haha - I suppose I should come in out of the wild more often and look around!
