Just a quick question (or two) for you rangers:
To what extent does the player track ability from ranger --4- allow a ranger to track a player? I have heard that once a player is within 500m of you, you can 'track' him, but what exactly does this entail?
Basically, if you see someone within 500m of you when you use this command, how far can you track him? If the player gets on a speeder and moves >500m away have you lost him? If you track him to a shuttleport (or a starport) can you see where he has gone?
If this is possible then is this not a good skill for Bounty Hunters who are currently having difficluty tracking Jedi on Kashyyyk?
Thanks for any replies.

500 meters is exactly what it says. You are 200 meters from me, I can "see" you. If you are on a speeder and leave the 500 m radius, I "lose" you. Masters see distance and direction. There are no waypoints.
You loseplayers if they go into a building. If they leave the planet, there is no telling where they went.
Yes it works on Kashyyk.
