What is it? It has a use option, but nothing happens when I use it. (I can't pick it up btw, looks like a plant of some sort)

There are actually five of them scattered around Etyyy. They're part of a quest that begins in Kachirho, involving tracking down a crazy Wookiee, cutting out his liver, and giving it to a doctor. The Rrwii roots are part of a cure for a disease that causes violent insanity.

Ahh cool. Knew there had to be some use for it, especially since it's hidden in the corner of the map.
