Not quite sure what you're looking for, but there's a calculator in Windows.
Just divide the cost by the quantity for CPU.
ie, 100000 units bought for 2.5mil, 250cpu.

I remember a post from someone a long time ago basically bringing the stats into the equation when calculating the cpu. I dont remember who or where. I do think I downloaded it once but never messed with it.
