So I got the trap droid, I loaded it with P-Darts

I named it, I programed it.

So now when i give it the command to throw a trap it throws ONE trap

After that all it does is run around no matter how many times I give it the command to throw a second trap it doesn't.

Is it on a LONG timer?

What am I doing wrong?

Yes it has enough traps in it.

Thanks for the help.

Droids are borked since the CU. To include the harvesting droids and the trap droids.

I have no problem with my trap droid. It launches traps whenever I tell it to. I have it programmed to launch on the command "Tag it!" I created a macro to say, "Tag it!" and placed it in one of my hotkeys. Whenever I trip the hotkey, the droid launches a trap at whatever I am targetting. Great for keeping those nasty LES (Likes to Eat Scouts) creatures at bay.

My only problem with my trap droid (useful combo actually.. astromech, storage module, traps) is that after it throws, it runs up and attacks.. doing 1pt of damage and getting pounded. have to continually yell to get it to follow. it's irritating, but the trap function works... usually.

Try a simple macro like this:

/yellgit em(or whatever your 'trap' command is)

/pause 1

/yell think again, bonehead (or whatever your 'wait' command is)

Would that work? I don't use many macros, so maybe I'm missing something.

If the droid is running around is it grouped with you and has it been intimidated? Scared droids are not worth crap. Solution is to not group with it, the creatures will ignore it. WIth luck. I think.

Gotta say tho, since the CU and droids being nerfed so nicely, trap droids may be worth it.
