Personally, I like mine medium rare. And since they are fixing our traps.... gonna have LOTS of Krayt meat getting harvested...

I like Kryat brisket. the meat tends to be tough so a day long sit in a smoker really gets it nice and tender.

i know man....I am there with you.....but here it is 7:49am.....lol

Personally, I think I would marinate it over night in White wine, Basil, garlic, salt, pepper, and a spice blend down here.....It is called everglades seasoning....IT IS AWESOME.......Then you broil on low 15 minutes per side, flip like 5 times total.....comes out ,,,....mmmm mmmmmm mmmm m mmmmm mmmm good.
