Wut the hell is the point of a field base if it doesnt repel and only heals u once, then u fight and have to waste all the resources again. If something aggros you, then you lose the camp. Bases are meant to be used as a place to rest and come back ot for security, and normally base means u can leave and come back again(never seen a disapperaing base in any star wars movie before). Plus i dont see much use to any of the other skills besides foraging and traps.
