nope, you can't track what is inside a building.

No real need for this, anyway. If you go to your world map (ctrl + v) and click on vendors and then on the category of vendor you are looking for, you get location markers to any vendor you want. I know it would be easier to just /areatrack and go to the closest one, but eh...what can you do?

When you do an Area Track for people will vendors come up; if the vendor is awol? (The guy didnt initialize the vendor so it walked off...)

If you go up and master the tracking tree in the ranger tree, and you do track player... will it give you a distance and direction to players around you?

yes zecht, it will, and it is useful for pvp and general purpose, however it does not give faction or profession titles...

(hmmmm by the shape of his footprint, i can tell he is a chef...lol)

areatrack is one of the best skills in the game.
