I think it's annoying that you have to get off a mount in order to activate mask scent. Anyone else agree?

I mean, you're hoping right back on and it still works... so.. why make us get off?

Honestly, it only takes a few seconds... why do people make such a big deal out of this? I personally just use a macro to dismount, apply maskscent, and remont. It takes 2 seconds, not that big a problem.

I believe NRaas has mentioned before that he believes we will eventually be able to maskscent while mounted and that the devs didn't particularly exclude maskscent but rather excluded a whole group of actiuons that maskscent was a part of.

I use a macro to relieve the clicking but I look forward to when the devs allow the skill to be used when mounted.

I haven't made a macro for it yet, so it was a big deal for me.. I will make a macro next time I play, but my point was that it really didn't make sense to make us have to dismount when you can have it while mounted anyway.

I should've realised that it was a pack of actions that will eventually get thrown in there while mounted... I was just afraid that they never intended to have us mask scent while being mounted. That would not be cool.

My interpretation is that being on a mount limits actions you can take (harvest, heal, mask scent, combat abilities) but doesn't limit status affects you currently have, which is why you can mask scent or conceal then get back on.
