Thread: Recommend a good source of Tatooine Insect?

I have never spent alot of time on Tatooine.
Can someone recommend a good source of insect meat? I need to collect some for a friend.

on tattoine i think the biggest insect are overkreetles but im not sure

Looks like insect comes off ofbeetles, kreetles, and mites. For a good source of this information, check out the Advanced Search feature on www.swgcreatures.com.

The whole planet iis overrun with kreetles. You can do some high volume business off those little guys.

Kreetles are the easiest, then your other rock beetles and various mites. If you have a pet, or maybe a partner to hunt with, Giant Sand Beetles are the best. They are level 30, with some armor and resistence, and they ARE social. But they will give you MEGA XP and plenty of meat if not "skinny". I have been able to kill plenty of them by using traps and just running around in a circle so they can't hit me with their spitting attack. But it ain't easy, and if you get two on you... you're probably done for. Warning shot DOES work on them.
