Thread: Question about the Hunter Missions
The missions where you have to hunt a certain number of critters.. Is there a mission out there for every type of creature.. or just a select few?
Is there a list that has the different creatures associated with teh dificulty level of the missions?
If I want Kaduu missions for example., is there a way to figure out if I need to lighten my armament or get more in order for those to appear...
I am certainly not an expert on this subject, but have done a lot of Adventure Missions. It does not seem that every creature possible in the game is listed. Armor doesn't seem to have as much of an effect as the weapon equipped and the pet you have out. These seem to have a far greater influence on the creature being offered and the price being paid.

So far it seems you must be grouped with the pet. I see no difference in missions whith pet out or stowed that are not grouped

No, if your pet is not grouped with you it acts as if it isn't there. Only player character, weapons and pets grouped with you make a major difference in what you get.
Here is an example:
1. Player alone with no weapon equiped = lowest mission ratings
2. Player with weapon equipped or pet grouped = next level of difficulty in missions
3. Player with weapon equipped (different weapons and your certification make different results) and pet grouped (the level of the pet and the number of pets) = the next level of difficulty in missions.
4. Player (weapon equipped) + pet/s grouped + other player grouped = next level of difficulty.
5. Player (weapon equipped) + pet/s grouped = Other player + Other players pet/s = highest level of difficulty.
Some things to keep in mind - your best weapon gives you the highest result from weapons option; The higher the pet's level the greater the difficulty (multiple pets also); the higher capabilities of grouped players, their weapon and pets can give the highest possibilities.
Also I have had the difficulty rating drop for me when I group with players that are fairly low in their capabilities, weapons and pets, but the difficulty for them goes up. Since I have been helping a lot of newbies get started and even to advance fairly quickly by going on missions with me these people get missions that I don't get anymore thus it is lower for me but gives them the possibility of advancing more quickly then they otherwise could do on their own.
Remember that if you unequip your best weapon or pet and use weaker ones you will go down in difficulty.
I hope this is helpful to you!
