The Wild Bladeback Boar - a location shift
On Friday morning I found the Wild Bladeback Boar NW of Mos Entha at -1849, 5459. Six times in the last week I have found the WBBB in the triangle area between Mos Entha, Elisium and Mos Eno. This is a shift from thetracking/finding area of Mos Eno, Mos Entha and Mos Espa where I found the WBBB in (9) times in the previous three (3) weeks. If anyone has any different area where they consistently find the WBBB please let me know so I can watch that area too.
The Pirate Leader
Also on Friday morning I found the Pirate Leader and his 4 pirates at 6333, -5035 1346 meters to the SE of the Ranch House. Four times in the last week I have found the Pirate Leader to the NE, E and SE of the ranch house. Three times in the previous two (2) weeks, I found the PL within that 1000 meter mark from the ranch house. This may be a fluke or could be a start of a shift to a greater distance out from the ranch house. I will be watching it.
And by the way, you still have to open fire on the PL, run out to 150 meters to lose the agro then burst run back to him to get him to converse for the Mark. If anyone has any different areas where they consistently find the Pirate Leader, please let me know and i will watch for him there, too.

I'm glad someone else has noticed these new "spawn areas". However, the pirate leader has always spawned long distances from the ranch (at least since I started tracking the spawns around 10 months ago). The most common places I found him were in the mountains around the ranch, near the oasis southwest of Mos Eisley and near some hills just east of Anchorhead. He's deffinately seems to be the most difficult one to find now.
The boar though does seem to have had a brand new spawn area added. It's recently been spotted at least 5 times south of the Jawa Trader POI (twice by me) and since then I haven't been able to locate it around its normal spawn area (the Mos Espa racetrack). I'm not sure if this is one of the areas you're talking about because I don't know the location of those player city references.
I haven't looked for the moisture farmer in a while but I'm guessing he's spawning in new areas too.
