I don't think there are missions for faulmpasets. If there are I would of liked to have known this when I was doing the jedi trials.

Get higher level Gungan missions - they will often have two Gungan falumpasets. If you end up with Faambas you've gone too far. 
I think it was Gungan military bases. To get the missions I (master rifleman) was grouped with my husband (master bounty hunter) and my level 68 Rancor.

question 2: where do these usually spawn? on naboo? and from what? i really need to know...

I found them on naboo... from what? Hmmm... I wish I could remember the exact level. Grab the highest level Gungan mission you can get and go check it out. If there are kadus there or no animals it is too low. If it is faambas it is too high. And if it is falumps it is just right.
