SANDBOXER NEEDED
Ok guys as calc has accended to the higher plains of glowie life and ive taken his place, we have a spare spot for a ranger on the Alpha Team. Loads of you applied last time so heres another shot, apply if you want on the team. Your duties will be to SERVE US! (tea, biscuits, basically be our butler/slave) 
For those who want to be serious and quiet possibly lie about your duties : You will just have to test the relationships of ranger and the combat system and everything else combat related.

Good communication skills: Should be able to discuss and detail issues and ideas well. Also dont flame or moan to anyone, be constructive.
The mind of a tester: Should try to break the system think like every possible player type.
Creative: Try come up with solutions and ideas to areas you dont like or think need adding.
Knowledgable of ranger and the combat system:You should beexperienced at combat and know how things work.
Agood laugh: Shouldnt get wound up and should always be willing to have a laugh (but not at my expense god damn it!)
Apply here or send me a tell, its up to you, ill be asking Calcto advise me on his alternate choices from the first round and hopefully he will agree and then ill pick someone in the next couple of days. We will try to make this as fast as possible without making lots of rangers miss the chance at applying.

P.S: oh yeah i forgot, brush up on your British accents guys, for some reason butlers always have British accents

Perhaps first, I should introduce myself for those who haven't seen me before. I'm the one who's always in a dark corner, always listening. That's right, I'm an official "forum lurker". However, I do chime in on things that are really important, or if I have a strong enough opinion on the subject. Anyways, to the main point:
I'm willing to serve the Ranger community by being a sandbox tester. I would do the best I could do to help all Rangers if I am chosen.

New correspondent... see what happens when you go off flying about. You come back to the forum and some b*ggers moved all the furniture round, stripped the wallpaper and put some weird flock / velvet stuff up instead...

Hey Owen.
First, congrats on the new name color 
just remeber, we'll keep our eyes on you, as you've got some huge shoes to fill (although Leezards don't wear shoes???)
just remeber, we'll keep our eyes on you, as you've got some huge shoes to fill (although Leezards don't wear shoes???)Anyway, I've been a Ranger for a few months now, and would absolutly LOVE to have a spot in the sandbox to test out the new Combat [insert word of the day here].
One thing that I think really makes me qualified for a position like this, is that in my real life job, I am a software developer that develops and tests CD-Rom based training software. So I have a lot of experience trying to brake software to find errors in it.
During the week I would be able to test anytime from 5pm til 1am on weekdays, and anytime on weekends.
I did a great deal of testing in the JTL Beta, and helped spot some issues that have since been fixed.
I am also extremely well versed in the Teras Kasi Arts, as I've been a TKM for most of my time in SWG, so I am very familiar with the ins and outs of TKM.
I really look forward to helping to shape the future of SWG, so please consider me as one of the Alpha Sandbox candidates.

You can count me in. Been a Ranger since my 2nd week of gameplay and a Master Ranger for 15 months. Would love to apply my knowledge and experience to the betterment of the profession.

Guess I should make some campaign promises to help sway the undecided voters.
1 - I will make it so that Rangers can do special moves while not just riding creature mounts, but vehicles, and space ships as well.
2 - I will NOT add waypoints to the tracking system, or a yellow line to follow. I have a better idea, i'll put a buttin in the tracking window to allow Rangers to warp directly to the selected item in the tracking window.
3 - I will destroy the Hawtpants schematic from the Tailor profesion
4 - I will allow Rangers to heal battle fatigue ANYWHERE. don't need a cantina, don't need an entertainer, hell, you won't even need a camp. just sit down and battle fatigue will heal.
5 - Space Rangers, from now on, you'll be able to mask your ship's scent, and when you destroy a ship, you have the ability to harvest all of the inorganic materials used to craft the destroyed ship.
6 - Space Tracking. That's right, space tracking. we'll be able to track down any ship or space station within a 10km radius.
7 - Ranger Hat (nuff said)
8 - Hunting Lodge (i've seen many different proposals for a hunting lodge. i'll make it so that EVERY one of these ideas is put in the game. even if they confilct with other ideas for it.
9 - Ranger Harmonica, that's right, we can all play campfire songs.
10 - Bothan Clippers - we can really have the Galactic Shave a Bothan day.
That's my Ranger top 10 list, and if i'm elected to be the Sandbox guy, i promise that every single one of these will become a reality. unless you don't want them to happen, then i won't make them happen.
i guess it's safe to propose unwanted changes since i'm already on the list, eh owen?
like you said, Sense of Humor is needed, right?
