Thread: Can Rangers use camo to hide from other players?

Probably not a question that a Master Ranger should be asking, but what they hey- I don't do PvP. /shrug

Long answer.
The Devs have said no invisibility, as it is too easy to packet sniff and find people doing it.
Fred Skinner has an excellent post on camo and invisibilty. Please read it.
The best we can maybe hope for is that camo will change our dots to either blue/yellow/white instead of red when overt/tef'd.
I am not holding my breath though.

IF you're overt and there's a nice pile of red dots, /conceal yourself and go lay down in there.
'course, that only works if the other players are trying to use radar / oh map to follow you and not relying on the HUGE NEON SIGN over your head.
