I am currently searching for black suns on yavin 4 for some BH armor loot, but as you probably know, they are a very rare spawn.
Would it be possible to hire a ranger too track down black suns for me? Does ranger have these abilitys?

Rangers have the abilities yes. Try the Rangers For Hire sticky at the top of the forum for rangers who can help you in that regard in your server.

Rangers have the ability to track NPCs, creatures, and players (at 0040).
Just keep in mind that the person tracking has to be within 500m of the actual spawn you're looking for. That's our range limit. Also, /areatrack provides a general compass direction with the distance to creatures, if any, within range.
It doesn't provide a waypoint and doesn't continuously update information. It basically gives you an educated guess. Very useful, but doesn't cause something to spawn, doesn't work miracles, or provide you with a waypoint or exact location... and is bugged around the 100m range.
Just make sure your ranger knows his compass directions and has a general idea where they spawn in the first place.

If the Ranger does not know his compass - well, in my immortal words...

64 directions on a compass, and why yes, I can name them all. It is called boxing the compass.
