I posted this on our Gorath server trade forum and wanted to run this buy you all to see if I made sense.
----------------
Paramilitary pants with reinforced fiber panels and added concealment somewhere around +12 to +20 - Colors tan with brown markings for desert and plains use (Corallia, Tatooine and Lok)
Ubeese undershirt with added maskscent, same numbers - Color preferably brown or black
This one's going to seem silly, if it's even possible, but one of those oriental looking hats (sun blockers for lack of a better term because I can't remember the name of it) with added viscious creature taming - Color dark brown.
AND
Spec-ops duster, same colors as the paramilitary trousers with added harvesting modifiers.
----------------
Ultimately, I'd like to get different sets for different planets, Dath and Dantooine being the oddest ones. The rest can be covered with brown and green camo. Please give me some feedback on these and let me know what would work better. I've also thought about getting some rifle modifiers for tipless gloves as well. There are two sockets in each one that can be filled.

Too bad there are no harvesting modifiers.
The Ubese armor shirt is armor, can't be modified by BEs.
Don't think the hats can be mod'd with vicious creature taming either. Its a sunguard btw. Silly looking is a better term.
So no, it doesn't make sense.
Now if you have the gloves, and can find some CA, you are good to go.
And colors don't matter. Just go with earth tones and you will 'blend"

Some of what you're looking for doesn't exist, or rather, can't be crafted. There are no harvesting bonuses, and ubese shirts are crafted by armorsmiths and don't use BE tissues. (Maybe you're thinking of the form fitting undershirt?)
There are 8 Bio-Engineered Tissues that can add mods to clothing. Those tissues are used in only two types of tailor components - and only one tissue can go in a component. Some clothes use both components (two different mods), but most only use one type (only one choice of mod).
You won't find a mod as high as 20 for anything that uses RFP, or the combat related mods... usually 17 tops (unless it's melee/stun defense.. 4/19 is considered very good).
If it uses SC, you can find +25 as a max though since most items use synthetic cloth and the bonus can be doubled with multiple pieces. (but maxed at 25)
The hat is a sun guard, btw

Thank you, thank you, thank you. Dah well, I guess this has been typical noob drivel, hehe. I'll get it eventually.

This better?
Paramilitary pants with reinforced fiber panels and added camo modifiers somewhere around +12 to +17 - Colors tan with brown markings for desert and plains use (Corallia, Tatooine and Lok)
Form fitting undershirt with added maskscent, same numbers - Color preferably brown or black
Sunblocker with max CH modifer - Color dark brown.
Spec-ops duster, same colors as the paramilitary trousers with injury/wound modifiers.
--------------
Yes, I know the colors don't really matter in game, I just like the look ;-)

It's how we all learn. You at least asked and, somewhere in forumland, a lurking ranger is going 'phew, am glad someone else asked that..."

Sounds good
An example would be a duster with +17 ms/camo and +17 wound/injury treatment.
Just don't go overkill though, since clothing bonuses stop at 25. I have clothing sets made like this:
4/19 melee/stun & 17/17 wound/injury -- Desert Command Jacket
4/19 melee/stun -- undershirt
4/19 melee/stun & 17/17 wound/injury -- pocketed short pants
[The stun bonuses cap at 25, but I get +12 melee defense with +3 on my backpack]
17/17 wound/injury -- Cold weather jacket
17/17 ms/camo -- undershirt
17/17 ms/camo & 17/17 wound/injury -- pocketed short pants
Check out that link in my last post and look for things with the R/S symbol. Those clothes types will let you have two mods added.
