Hey all. I figured I will ask this here first since I trust my fellow Rangers in this forum more so then anyone else. Alright, heres my question. I know it has nothing to do with anything ranger like, but here me out.

I was on Dant tonight meeting up with a friend, when i decided to go searching about. I /areatrack to see whats around every now and then. After bout 20 mins, i found a group of Imps....well since i'm a reb i decided to go kill em. I looted em all, and one droped a Dual Force crystal cluster. Said it's used to make double bladed light sabers, its yellow just incase you were curious to. Now i know what a crystal is, and i know what they are used for, but my question is how much are they going for? It's a double bladed one so i didn't know if it was more rare then the regular ones.I have no intention on selling it, and it might not be worth anything. But if it is id rather hear it from u all first. Since the chances are you would tell me the truth where as the force searching fanactics on the Jedi board might say its worth nothing in hopes of me givin it to them.

No one i knew was on at the time to help out, and the ones that were didnt really know either, since we aren't the Jedi FS slot searching freaks, we dont know much about how the whole Jedi system in the game works. I'd love to get the slot, and imma keep the crystal because when i do i would love to have a double bladed saber, but i plan on learning at that point in time, now im concentrating on being a ranger.

So If anybody knows how much it goes for i would appreciate it, just curious to see if it has any value. Thanks in advanced!

I've heard them go from being described as useless junk up to selling for 150k. Guess they're worth whatever someone is willing to pay. *shrug*

I had a double blue one, found a guy who bought it for 100k, said that he was just collecting the crystals, but I hear people trying to sell them all the time, I didn't know what to do with mine either until the one person showed interest.

I honestly havent paid any attention to their going rates, either, friend. The best thing I could recommend, for you to find out, would be to go to your server forum board, and your server trade forum, and keep your eyes posted for auctions and sales regarding your type of crystal. All of the crystals I have seen were up for auction, so you would be at the mercy or your audience .

I see a fair number of Jedi trading for them - krayt tissue and thelike. Best bet is to auction it on the Galaxy trade boards and see what you get.

I went over to the boards and been keeping my eyes peeled just out of curiosity, checking to see how much it would go for. As suggested above, i just look for an item that is just like mine, and see what the buyout is hehe. Even if it is alot though, i plan on keeping it. I have enough money to get my by from selling my resources like the rest of us.What i find on my travles i usually keep as momentos to let me knowwhere i have been. I still think the crystal was cool, i was pumped when ifirst seen it.

The one problem with figuring out the worth of your crystal is that they have hidden stats only a force sensitive character can see. I imagine a lot of the selling doesn't take this into account, but knowing these stats would let you better evaluate its worth.

You know.....i was wondering about that because when i examined it, all it gave was a description. So it threw me off....and assumed either A: They are all the same (which wouldn't make much sense) or B: Only a Force Sensitive character would be able to check it. Thanks for confirming that, i appreciate it.....now.....to find a FS player who will check it out for me hehe.

Just checked out an auction for the crystal i got. Started bidding at 20k, went up to 40k rather quickly. Someone also offered a buy-out of 110k, which isn't to shabby. So imma watch that auction and see if it goes up anymore. I like to know what my items are worth.
