I am a CH/Pistoleer and I dropping weapon support to get 3 boxes in the ranger profession. I don't know much about Ranger and I wanted your opinion on what skill tree would be better if I'm hunting and trying to tame babies---wayfaring or trapping. I don't know how effective conceal is but it might help with sneaking up on creatures and training them, what do you think?

It would help with that. But if you know another ranger you could get them to make you the conceal kits. A novice ranger can use any conceal kits. The wayfaring line gives you better results with them and the ability to make most of them. But wayfaring over trapping in your case.

You will also want to get your hands on a piece of BE clothing that is +25 to taming. So when you get within the 15m to start the taming you get better odds as well.
