But you will get awfully close. My 96% harvesting droid yields about 1-2 units less(creature depending) at Ranger 0-0-4-0. I am able to harvest pretty nicely. Sadly once I made it that high I stopped using my droid since I can do it faster.

That's not the cap, harvesting droid bonus seems to work like your skill plus droid skill divided by 2 is harvest skill. Master Ranger with a 100 harvesting droid will not get bonus (100+100/2=100). That also explains the novice/master scout greater benefit (15+100/2=57.5). As far as I know the only caps are on skill enhancers (BE cloths/AA/CA) and defensive skill stacking.

Hi, I'm working on a Rifle/CH/Ranger template and have a question. If I use a 106 harvesting droid, and the standard veghash, will I hit the cap if I do the whole hunting tree? I'm trying to decide if moreharvesting or 5 more creature levels is better. Thanks a lot.

so.. If im a Master Ranger 100ch, Trandosian +10ch, and I eat veghash +33ch, and I get a total of 143creature harvesting, do I then needa +143 or more harvesting droid to make a difference? or does the veghash and race bonus effect my droid?

Yes... But only by 1 or 2 units mostly, thats it. You can pull as much as a Master Scout with a harvestor and Veghash as you can as a Master Ranger. Go figure....

Your droid does a percentage of your total with all bonuses in place. So if its a 106% harvesting droid. It doing 106% of yout 143 harvesting.

Im hearing its on a sliding scale. I dont use my harvesting droid much as my pets allow me to harvest at will. But originally the devs said it wasa percentage of your abilities. Of course they said JTL was to be mouse driven and that changed to. Sure would be nice for a dev to come in here and give us a definitive answer wouldnt it?

I don't think so.... It's more like 10.6% of 143 (but I could be wrong?)
