I'm just wondering if anyone here knows the difference between having Scout 4, and Master Ranger as far as harvesting goes, as that's all I'd need ranger for. (supporting my crafters).

If you're in it Just for harvesting, then I might suggest you NOT invest your skill points by mastering ranger. the difference in scout 4 and master ranger isn't worth the investment of your SP or time. you can get just about the same amount of resorces off a creature by using Veghash and a droid.
