Ranger Archive

Hello all, I just master rifleman tonight, so that makes me Master Rifles/Master Doc. I'm really wanting to do Ranger with Master Rifles. What I'm wanting to know is the following.
1) Is Ranger fun?
2) Master rifle/Master a good combo?
2) How long does it take to get master ranger?

Any help you can give will be great.

1) Is Ranger fun? depends what you call fun i just spent 3 days on talus killing birds and now im going to naboo to get woolly hide its not only rancors and such that get good stats sometimes you have to hunt the small stuff but with the small stuff its a good challenge to get a good size stack. but to ans. your question if you like pve especially killing creatures ya its fun.
2) Master rifle/Master a good combo? alot of rangers are riflemen infact ive left fencer to go rifles
2) How long does it take to get master ranger? well at master rifles you will be able to kill the big stuff with ease so that part will go quickly, then there is the trapping but just throw traps before you shoot and that wont be too bad. then there is the camping but you get xp for crafting them and if you did doc then that should be no problem. all in all it depends on how fast you grind.

1) Depends on what you hope to get out of it.
2) With Master rifles, you should be able to get scout/harvest XP pretty quickly. I'm master rifles and I like the ranged combination of mask scent/camo/shoot from a distance.

You'll have to make a decision though.. If you want to keep Master Rifles and then master Ranger, you'll have to drop all of Doctor and Medic, except for novice and 1 box of your choice. Of course, that's if you also drop your ranged support line.
