however, keep in mind that Scout XP doesn't convert to any line that provides combat mods. It converts to senses XP, which only unlocks luck, persausion, dancing or medical lines. If you are simply trying to get Jedi as fast as possible, you might want to consider that the speed mods found in the combat lines will actually help you a lot more when you're grinding through Jedi, and will actually makeyou a better Jedi when fully templated.
Getting Jedi quickly isn't a bad goal, but realize that you probably should consider what your template is at the end. There is a reason why a lot of Jedi want a respec of FS skills or want Jedi XP to convert-- they want the combat mods that those lines have. You're in a good posiition to pick those up, and you might want to consider getting them now rather than regretting it later.
Just for the record. I had maxed FS Senses about 4 times (20million plus xp) before unlocking. I would drop all of Luck, and regain it, until I had very little XP left in that area. I would then go out, harvest, max and trade... ad nauseum. I always had max Scout XP going into a trade in.
For that matter, dropping Medic pre-CU and getting Artisan for the 20 mins it took me to do the Luck quest was probably the smartest and most lucrative idea I had. It was an easy max, I loot more money, and it only took 20 minutes, totally maskscented, to do the quest.
Now, a giant gonadular pain.

Tazz's FS build at the moment is 4004 prowess, 0444 reflex, and 0004 senses.
I plan on eventually dropping rangedaccuracy and taking up melee accuracy, more help for the glowstick, which will change the build to 0044 prowess. No intention of dropping luck, more likely I'd drop driving to go 4404 reflex, but given that I'd have to spend a lot of time muggle grinding vs glowstick grinding to do that, it's not likely. I'm going to need to muggle grind quite a bit to get enough to insta-train melee accuracy and then drop ranged accuracy to maintain my required 6 top boxes for initiate.
But luck was a piece of cake to unlock, and I had more than enough XP from scout and CH to fill in all the boxes the day I unlocked, and it does help with looting, at least on the credit side. Not sure if it helps with CH in the find babies with specials and learn them area, but Tazz picked up a bunch of them in the few weeks he worked on that prior to becominga padawan.
Still makes no sense at all that the one FS line that's related to scout(reflex survival)can't use scout XP to convert to FS XP.

I found that I was getting scout xp at ROUGHLY 75% the pace of weapon xp. Not an exact science there, just my estimate. I'd cap on carbines and my scout xp was usually around 900k.
