I don't think anything does. Even the lantern birds drop herb. meat. It might be possible to loot avian meat from certain npcs and endorian avian meat is listed in the 30k resource deeds, but I don't think you could ever harvest it from anything.

nope there is no endorian avian that is harvestable. I believe one of the best spawns for Avian was on Endor on Tarq, talk about making DOCS mad in the day

yea there is some decent avian meet there now. Nothing great. about 900's so it could defently be used.
This is a very bad bug.I would asume that there is a coding mistake. There are 50 herbivores on endor and all the "avians" drop herb meat too.
If this isnt a mistake. what the heck? lol

But yes, nothing has Endor Avian Meat apparently... Which is a bit off considering that there are technically lots of Avians there (Lantern birds anyone? lol)

The occaisional missing resource, such as Endor Avian, can be explained by NPC drops and coal bins.
There'll be some cave or wandering NPC up there that has a random organic container in its loot table and, every so often, it'll drop Endor Avian. That then gets picked up by folk using the 30k kits to 'scan' the planets resources and is reported back to SWGCreatures.
And just because some random critter on a (fictional) planet resembles a terran bird, it doesn't necessarily follow that it'd be dropping 'avian' resources. After all, peko peko drop wooly hide.
Stll, keeps it interesting, heh?

Ah, but if you take a creature that's native to, say, Naboo and drop it outside teh starport in, say, Mos Eisley for the lowbies to practise on... it drops Tatooine resources.
That's like going to MacD's, buying a Double Whotsit and cheese, driving round the corner to KFC, opening the packet and finding it's full of chicken

Consider the wily Lantern Bird:
It drops Avian Bone but not Avian meat.
It drops Herbivore meat but cannot be milked.
Oops! Somebody was asleep at the animal drawing table!![]()

Consider the duck billed platypus.
