if 2 people are dueling can you /rescue to help one of the people out, and start attacking their target?

No, you can't start attacking their target if they are dueling.

But you can rescue the other player, which can be very annoying to the person attacking them. They lose their target and target you and have to keep switching back. It can give the person you are rescuing a little extra time to hit their target.

I've tried this between two friends and it works.

the reason i ask, is because last night my GF and I were running around looking for Fambaas ... we came across one with a lone guy attacking it, so we joined in.

he yelled at us for kill stealing and wanted to duel my GF (a novice dancer).

why didnt he go after me, the novice BH/CH with a GSP standing next to him? I dont know. (he was a TKA)

any way, she didnt accept the duel, but I was wondering ... if I had rescue could we both have fought him.


But now I see, i could have let her, fight, then /rescue and take over the fight, sounds like fun... i got to remember this... as I qualify for ranger and adv trapping II, whenever im ready to drop CH and go ranger.

Rescue doesn't work in PvP...nothing to see here, back to your homes....*cough*
