They're going into effect when all of the profession fixes and changes now on Test Center go live, which, according to Vass, probably won't be before the end of this week.

ah cool... that means I can achieve it before the change gets made... logged out only needing 6.5k more
should be able to get that later today np

9k survival exp away from master ranger... just wondering if I should log out by the trainer tonight when I log off
