Do you have to have artisan skills to make these for factory runs? If so, who wants to sell me some schematics?

According to a Artisan friend of mine you'll need a Specialized Droid/Weapon/General Crafting tool and need to be near a Droid/Weapon/General crafting station. Then you'll get the option of making a schematic.

Just have someone make you a general, weapon, droid crafting tool. Take that tool, and walk to a general, weapon, droid crafting station. Pick resources you have a lot of, and craft whatever thing you want to make a schematic for. It will give you some options, one being, "create a draft schematic" Do that, and head to your item factory. Load it with power and make sure it has maintenence money, then load the stacks of whatever ingredient you used in making the schemetic. It has to be the exact same stuff. Also load your schematic. When you've done that, start the factory up and walk away. You should get an email later on that says your stuff is done, Come pick it up!
