Can you apply high level (for examples dathomir )camo kits as novice ranger, that is if your buying the high end kits from a ranger?

Thats a good question I wonder if a non scout/ranger can apply it to himself? I would doubt it since he wouldnt have the conceal command

I'm interested in this as well. Always looking for ways to make some money.

As far as i could tell from looking at the skill tree the command to use the packs are available at novice level, along with the schematics for corellia, naboo and tatooine. In that sense there soundt be anything from keeping a novice ranger from useing a dathomir pack bought from a master ranger. But i've no idea if there is some for of useage requirement aside from haveing the command

(im not a ranger myself, but might want to pick up novice ranger if that'd allow me to buy the camo packs from other to use on myself)

- Actually I believe the command /conceal is provided at the Wayfaring I skill level, not the Novice Ranger level.

- Beyond the command itself, there does not seem to be any other requirements (other than having the camo kits themselves, which can be made by others).
