I finally made Master Ranger last night, and I am SO HAPPY! I've been playing since early July, and this is my first elite Master (yes, very casual player). I couldn't have picked a better one. Thank you to Delta and NRaas for being such amazing correspondents, and thank you to zChuck, who trained me and gave me a free High Tech Field Base to start me off. It was beautiful. Within ten minutes of putting up my title I got my first tell asking me to collect 5k of avian meat for 30 cpu.

/happydance

Do I feel like a Ranger? YES! I track, I rescue my Doctors from Ancient Bull Rancors (ouch), I harvest meat and sell it, and I throw glow-wire traps like there is no tomorrow.

Am I enjoying Ranger? Heck YA! Every minute of the past four months I have enjoyed. Every lunch hour at work, browsing the Scout and Ranger forums I have enjoyed. Thanks y'all! /blowkiss

Am I enjoying the game? Hehe. You know it. And will continue to do so for a long, long, time.

Again, thanks to all Scouts and Rangers who have made this game so enjoyable, such a wonderful experience!

Congrats and welcome. Yes, if the avian meat market doesn't make you rich, I don't know what will.

Congrats!

Your enthusiasm may have just kept me on the Master Ranger track instead of falling down the path of mass desctrution (Commando).

Nrass is a great Ranger Liason, and has already helped me (as a newbie to the ranger boards heretrying to find a voice for my issues). I hope he can get Thunderhart to take some of the items in the State of the Ranger Profession to the "to be implemented soon" status. Keep of the good work documenting and sorting through all the "crap" (I know it is tough) and good luck pushing the "Ranger Agenda" into production.

And I must continue to plug, in the face of the CH changes, that Rangers should get an ever so slight pet lvl bonus over non-rangers so they could have slightly better pets and use some of the mounts non-ranger and non-ch's can't use. This should be done as part of the overall change in Creatures and CH's.

Congrats and bout freaking time

No hugs, I gotta allergy to hair (lol)

really glad to see you enjoy Rangering as much as I do.

Continue to kick butt and take names only if you want to... the names never matter, only the results.

holy crap, someone really uses "rescue" since they nerfed it? Insane are they

"Keep of the good work documenting and sorting through all the "crap""

Actually the Signal to Noise ratio on this forum is exceptional.

  • I applaud all theforum membersfor keeping the forum clean and easy to read, as well as imaginative and constructive.

There is a reason I ama member of theRanger community.

  • Rather than say, the Jedi... um... "community"
