I have definately lost xp on a camp disbanding from the radial menu, it said something like "you lose 315 wilderness survival experience" when it happend, I remember seeing this posted about by someone else quite some time ago, but I do not care to look through 5-20 pages of posts to find it, you can understand that right? So, has this happend to anyone else, and could you find a workable solution? I am just over 20k xp from frontiering 4 and do want to make it so that I can make the really big camps to impress the ladies, heh jk, I do wanna make it tho.

You only lose XP when you drop a box or two and then use that skill. You can save so much XP over and above what you need, depending on your skill level. Drop a level, and the next time you use that skill you - A. earn whatever you would have earned B. lose all XP over and above your new cap.

I have been a Ranger for a long time, and still have not maxed out my camping XP. Scouting and trapping oh yeah, but camping, not even close.

Maybe you misread what was there, or maybe it was a bug. I threw up some camps last nite and got postive XP from them. Will do so later tonite and check and see. Most of the time I do use the radial to disband, hate littering.

The same thing happened to me the other day. I had a small camp up and I left it and ran to another person's camp. When I came back to mine, I checked the camp status and it said -1 next to the number of current people in the camp. I thought it was strange, but I ignored it. When I disbanded my camp, I lost 326xp...

Very annoying.
