Now, I am quite new to the Ranger profession but I have always liked the idea of it. I just recently acquired Novice Ranger and was reading the descriptions on the skill trees. One of the descriptions gave me an idea. It said something to the effect that the ranger could make a meal out of even the miniscule resources....or something like that don't remember exactly.

So my idea is this ( maybe it has been brought up before )
Give Rangers the ability to make meals out of foraged foods, add this ability in the Survival line. Because in theory a Ranger would after a certain amount of time find foraged substances which went well together and he found them all may make a meal out of it. These special foods could give rangers bonuses to things like Camo, Mask scent, Harvesting...you know ranger skills. I also know that some of these things can already be "buffed" by certain chef foods and such. Maybe to make us unique ours could last longer or be slighty more effective. Face it, no one would want to mass produce these foods because foraging for 2-3 seperate items to make 1 food would not be a very fun way to make a living. However this would give foraging a purpose, and might actually prove somewhat useful....

So, what do you guys think of this?

Well, I have a couple of responses to you. This has, indeed, been suggested in the past. Also,I feel that would be taking too much away from Chefs. But please keep posting all your ideas as we love to have discussions in this forum.
