all you need is the correct camo kit and the skill /conceal. BTW, you can use a HTFB before you can make one too

If i remmeber right its that you can use a camp one level above you. Which helps the points you get from it. And yeah conceal works with all kits. There arent certifications to the kits. And there cant be certifications on them since we apply them to non-scouts.

How do I make kits that I can put into crates?

I just kind of make them on the fly as I explore worlds.

You don't "put" them into crates.

You get a bunch of similar materials and a "Weapon, Droid, etc" crafting machine, stand in front of a "Weapon/droid" crafting station. Make a schematic with the materials you have a bunch of.

Next, take the schematic and materials to a factory, drop in the schematic and the resources, and drop some power+ money into the factory.

Come back later and you'll have crates of camo kits.

Maybe this is common knowledge, in which case, I will be most embarresed but I taught a Ranger, Wayfaring1 this morning, then to encourage him I gave him 4 crates of 15 use Dath camo kits. I told him that he could not use them till wayfaring 4, but suggested he try to see what happened.

Amazingly it worked. He camoed himself and someone waiting for the shuttle. I got him to tell me the message he saw and the number of uses remaining on the kit (13). So, I am very confident that he did indeed use the kit successfully.
