Does TN affect vehicles, because while at the coreelia racetrack i watched as a master ranger beat the daily record by a rather large amount.

Oh i wish it did. But it only effects ground stuff. Maybe we got it in a stealth non-nerf (what do they call that enhancement?)

The only TN associated with vehicles or mounts are inherrent in the said vehicle or mount. I know there are some ways to increase the speeds of vehicles that are not on the up and up (not illegal, but capitalizes on what I believe to be a series of bugs), however.....
EDIT: I should also mention that there are some legit ways in which you can 'increase' your vehicle's speed...(i.e. knowing the correct angle at which to climb a hill).

Actually, I believe the correct qoute is:
Go that way. Really fast. If something gets in your way...turn.
That has to be one of my favorite 'silly comedies' of all time.
Other qoutes from the movie include:
- It isn't wise to upset mother
- Practically the entire state of Northern California have come to this mountain to see you....
- I've been at this school for 7 and 1/2 years...I'm no dummy.....
My dear lord, I am a dork!

"Billy im sorry i blew up your mother" Actually, his name was Ricky.
"Franch bread, franch dressing, franch fries" ..and to drink....Peru (aka Perrier)
I won't even go into the octopus comment....

Yeah i guess i do. Im not to big a fan of the standard 80's ending. But then again the braces make the dance scene worth it.So the title would be "Better off rezzed"

agreed, has to be one of my favourite altime movies. so much so that I've been working on a script for a short movie based on johnny the newspaper kid. It's really just him for 30 min terrorizing a town while trying to get his route finished.
